AIA Westchester Chapter honored Carol Kurth, FAIA, with the 2015 Public Advocacy Award for her outstanding leadership and commitment to the Westchester community. The honor also recognizes Carol’s exemplary leadership beyond professional efforts and accomplishments. Carol and her team celebrated this prestigious honor at the Chapter’s annual celebration Soiree79, which took place at The Capitol Theater in Portchester, NY. In addition to this honor and the Hobby Barn Design Award, the Westchester County Executive Proclaimed December 7th, 2015 as “Carol Kurth Day”.
