Scarsdale Manor is a residential community with twelve homes designed around a bucolic lake setting. Inspired by the vernacular of the historic town nearby, noted for its elaborate Tudor-inspired brickwork, each home’s designs include steeply-pitched roof lines with a distinct banded brick pattern and layers of stone corner details and half timbering. Clay brick was used as the common architectural language throughout the neighborhood and was also incorporated to accent feature windows, dormers, and chimneys. This textured palette creates individual personalities for each residence, while ensuring a cohesive look and feel to the neighborhood.
