Shingle-Style Farmstead Community

Located on the site of the 1777 Haight-Sutton Homestead, Sutton Farm is a 16-acre development is an ecologically sensitive community of five homes. The project included the renovation, designed with input from the local Historical Society, of the existing 18th-century farmhouse. The community is aesthetically coherent and contextually sensitive, reflecting the area’s rural antecedents and the vernacular architecture of the local historic homes.
