This Westchester enclave features a newly constructed pool and spa, cabana and outdoor dining terrace, thoughtfully tailored to the clients’ needs with consideration to the contextual environment. The one-of-a-kind exterior was integrated with the site to create a feeling of intimacy and a seamless extension of the classic Tudor design of the home, dating back to the early 20th Century, with modern design elements of today. To create a unified visual aesthetic between the existing and the new, a keen attention to detail was paid to the unique architectural elements to achieve a seamless design thread while infusing a modern approach to the transitional style.
